– KV1.3-IN-1 (Compound trans-18) is a KV1.3 channel inhibitor (IC50: 230 nM and 26.12 nM in Ltk? cells and PHA-activated T-lymphocytes respectively). KV1.3-IN-1 impairs intracellular Ca2+ signaling. KV1.3-IN-1 inhibits T-cell activation, proliferation, and colony formation[1].
